Finally I’ve installed and configured my first Monit instance. It’s monitoring system resources and some services like apache, postgresql, mysql and ssh daemon. I’m looking forward to receive a huge among of mails because of the system resources and checksum of binaries of the monitored services 🙂 Will see how this will work. I got 29 mails in first night, so you get the picture.
I’ve configured Monit also on my PowerBook G4 and one VM. So now I have to install M/Monit 😉
